She even stepped away from time with her family on a Sunday to show us a house! She grew up in Arcadia and currently resides there, which is where we were looking to buy. I had been looking for a house for just about 2 years. I was kind of just browsing for the first little while to see what was out there and then looking more seriously towards the end. We probably looked at over 100 houses. Molly was so patient and took me to houses that suited what I was looking for each time, but because I was so particular, didn't find "the one" until two years in. Each day she sent me new listings of things I would be interested in. I really liked that she was always on top of the new listings on the market and knew right away when a listing came up that she felt was something I would be interested in. It was also always so exciting to get the daily e-mail of listings thinking my potential first home could be one of them! She was very flexible and willing to work with my schedule when I wanted to go look at houses, as well. My experience with Molly was very positive from the early beginnings up until the end, even after the contracts were signed. I would recommend her to anyone because she extremely personable and professional!
I moved into my new home in October 2013. I was very pleased with the entire process. Molly made everything so easy. She kept me informed and educated throughout the entire process. This was the 5th new home I had purchased and this was by far my most positive experience. Working with Molly Fredrick was a a great experience for me.
